* support HTTPS beacons through RewriteCond * staging payload was included as a template variable but the templating engine isn't recursive, so it wasn't being filled in. * fix incorrect reference of TEAMSERVER to c2server Please note: the parameter c2server MUST not include http:// & https:// in front of it now. Either we'll need to adapt the documentation or add some python code to do this.
